As a very proud neurodiverse individual, I pride myself on the level of invaluable knowledge I have acquired through my own personal developmental challenges, through the significant amount of research I have done, and methods I incorporate in my own daily life to stay focused and motivated. I personally have a lockdown on the latest and most helpful nutrition and lifestyle practices, which allow ADHD neurodiverse individuals to thrive. I am full of gratitude to be able to impart this knowledge and these strategies on to others in order to promote positive and lasting change in their lives.
