As a parent, it is important for you to know the answers to commonly asked questions about introducing solid foods to you baby, while weaning them off of breastmilk or baby formula. For example, “what is the best method?”, “when should you start?”, or “what are the common challenges or obstacles preventing successful transition?”. During this stage, food is all about having fun, growing sensory development, and exploring textures and flavours. It is also about making sure your baby is receiving an adequate amount essential nutrients to support both cognitive and physical development.

As part of this instructional and interactive service, I will work with you and your child to master mealtime and ensure all the ins and outs of baby-led weaning are covered. Throughout interactive sessions, you will determine what method is right for your baby, and you will learn best practices so that you are successful at implementing your chosen method for your little one. As a compliment to this course the Guru will provide infant CPR training so you can feel comfortable introducing solids to your baby, and prepared for anything that comes your way. With this service you have all the skills necessary to safely usher your child through this essential transition.
